Harvest Festival

Today was Tricia's birthday!  We made her a card and surprised her with flowers and a cake!  We loved sharing in her special day and wanted to let her know how much we all love her!

Our Harvest Festival was absolutely wonderful!  The children thoroughly enjoyed the fun activities and it was so special to share this time with families and friends.  We  are so appreciative of  all the planning, preparing and organizing that went into the success of Harvest Festival 2013.  Thank you! Thank-you!

The children loved decorating pumpkins, bags, spatter painting, face painting, playing egg relays and pumpkin ring toss. Our outdoor classroom was an ideal spot for this event and the overall flow of the morning was perfect!  The food was delicious and displayed beautifully and the children especially loved the generous buffet style.  

Having the opportunity to connect with each other and share in developing a sense of community with each other is what makes AFS so special. Abington Friends is one of the important communities in your child's world and connecting their beloved families with their  school world brings much joy to their lives.
