Our week was full of  many wonderful experiences both in and out of the classroom. Friendships are evolving and the children are making meaningful connections with each. other. Their growing confidence is observed in their play and the cohesiveness of the group is evolving.  Our photos speak volumes ... enjoy  getting a glimpse into our  Cardinal world at AFS!  

Moving Our Muscles!

After playing in our outdoor classroom this morning, we walked to the Upper School soccer fields and invited our children to play with a variety of balls, nerf bats, baseball gloves, soccer balls,  nerf footballs, velcro mitts and tennis balls. The children loved running in the open field and really enjoyed practicing their large motor skills.

 We are fortunate to have such a beautiful, spacious campus that we are able to incorporate into our curriculum each and every day.  The children loved our walk back to school as we joyfully sang and marched back to our classroom  to prepare for our lunch! Everyone had a great appetite!
